Detailed Maintenance Routine

When doing the yearly maintenance on the Oxipack SLT, always follow this maintenance routine and report the results in the format you can download with the button below. On your left you can see the steps in action and if you scroll down, the steps are written out and made into an interactive checklist you can download.

Maintenance routine steps

Important: ‘When working in the machine, power and air supply must be disconnected’

Step 1

Inform on site how the machine works

Step 2

Take pictures of the conditions of the machine, make specific pictures of any defect, note down the result

Step 3

Perform multiple tests and note down the result

  1. Test 1: Empty test
  2. Test 2: Test with a package
  3. Test 3: Test with a dummy

Step 4

Unscrew the gas spring bolts

  1. Remove the pins from the hinges
  2. Check all bolts with if they are set at 4Nm
  3. Check all bolts at the top

Step 5

Check the seal

  1. Clean the seal
  2. Note down the results in the report

Step 6

unscrew all the bolts

  1. Unassemble the machine
  2. Check inside

Step 7

Unscrew the sensor connector

  1. Connect the test sensor
  2. Disconnect the valves and replace with new valves
  3. Connect the new valves to the new sensor
  4. Press red button to clear error
  5. Press the green button to start the system check

Step 8

Make sure the pressure sensor is clean

  1. By tapping it gently

Step 9

Assemble the machine

  1. Put the inside in the outside
  2. Put the lid back in place
  3. Put the pins in the hinges

Step 10

Replace the insert

Step 11

Perform final tests

  1. 3 Empty tests
  2. 3 tests with a package
  3. 3 tests with a dummy

Step 12

Note down the results

  1. The results are stored in the logfile (see separate instruction extract logfile)
  2. Note down the results
