How To Clean The Machine

Cleaning the machine

Step 1

Inspect the membranes and seal.

Step 2

Check the membranes and seal for pollution/dirt and clean with a damp cloth if necessary.

Step 3

Perform an empty test. If the machine gives the result ‘Pack OK’, then the machine is ready for use.

Step 4

If the empty test gives the result: Error 101/2012/202, first check the seal for damages or heavy pollution. Clean them with a damp cloth if necessary.

Step 5

if the empty test still gives the result: Error 101/201/202, tighten all bolts securing the membranes. All bolts should be fastened to 4 Nm using a Torque wrench.

Step 6

If the empty test still gives result Error 101/201/202, please contact Oxipack support.

Step 7

Check for sufficient incoming air pressure.

Step 8

After fixing the air pressure problem, follow the instruction on the screen: Press stop to reset.
