Replacing The Membrane

Step 1

Place the membrane over the supplied pins.

Step 2

Mark the location of where to put the O-rings.

Step 3

Mark the location where the hinges should be.

Step 4

Mark the location where the hinges should be.

Step 5

Note that the old black O-ring is removed and replaced with the new red O-ring!

Step 6

Place the flange over the supplied pins.

Step 7

Place the bolts.

Step 8

Ensure that the membrane holes are good in position before placing the bolts!

Step 9

Remove the supplied pins and insert the other bolts.

Step 10

Tighten the bolts with a torque wrench to 4 Nm (tighten the bolts for two rounds).
