Procedure Before Each Shift
Step 1
Clean the membranes and seal with a damp cloth or alcohol wipe.
Step 2
Perform an empty machine test.
Result should always be: ‘Pack OK’.
With a ‘Pack OK’ result, you have successfully checked the integrity of the Oxipack leak tester.
In case you have a different result:
- Error 202/201/101
The machine has a leak; check for damages on the membrane and/or seal. If damages are found on the membrane or seal: replace the membrane or replace the seal. If debris or dirt is found on the seal, clean the seal with a damp cloth or alcohol wipe. - Error 203
Non-return valve is leaking: contact Oxipack support immediately. - Perform a dummy test
Result should always be: ‘Pack leak’. With a Pack leak result you have successfully checked the ability of the Oxipack leak tester to find micro leaks.
Step 3
Perform a dummy test.
Result should always be: ‘Pack leak’.
With a Pack leak result you have successfully checked the ability of the Oxipack leak tester to find micro leaks.
In case you have the result: ‘Pack OK’
The micro-hole in the insert is clogged or blocked: contact Oxipack support immediately.
Step 4
The Oxipack leak tester is ready to test your packages.
