As Sales & Marketing Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Oxipack’s commercial strategy while building and developing a high-performing commercial team.

You will lead the sales and marketing department (7–8 FTE) with a strong focus on coaching, professional development and collaboration. Your goal is to empower the team to perform at their best while driving sustainable international growth.

In this role, you combine strategic leadership with hands-on coaching. You act as a sparring partner for the board and management team and ensure that commercial ambitions are translated into clear plans, measurable results and a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team (7–8 FTE) with a strong focus on coaching, performance and professional growth.
  • Define and execute the commercial strategy to drive sustainable international growth.
  • Manage and expand key accounts and the international distributor network.
  • Align sales and marketing activities to strengthen lead generation, brand positioning and market visibility.
  • Improve commercial processes, pipeline management, forecasting and CRM performance.
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to the board and management team, translating market insights into commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor results, drive continuous improvement and ensure the team delivers on commercial targets.

What do you bring?

  • HBO level of education or equivalent working and thinking level (commercial, marketing or technical).
  • Several years of experience in sales and/or marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and developing commercial teams.
  • Strong strategic insight combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
  • Affinity with technology and industrial products.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A natural people leader who motivates, coachesand inspires others.
