What will you be doing?

As Sales & Marketing Team Lead, you will have finalresponsibility for Oxipack's commercial strategy. You will manage the sales and marketing team (consisting of 7-8 FTE) and ensure strong collaboration between lead generation, sales activities, customer relations, and market positioning. You will report directly to the board and be an important sparring partner within the management team. In concrete terms, this means, among other things:

  • Developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy
  • Drawing up annual plans, objectives, and budgets
  • Managing direct sales and the international distributor network
  • Expanding key accounts and international customer relationships
  • Optimizing sales processes, pipeline, forecast, and CRM
  • Responsible for branding, campaigns, leadgeneration, and visibility
  • Organizing (international) trade shows, events, and marketing activities (online/offline)
  • Coaching and developing the commercial team
  • Reporting on results and continuous improvement

What do you bring?

  • HBO working and thinking level (commercial, marketing, or technical)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing within a B2Benvironment
  • Experience in leadership
  • Affinity with technology and industrial products
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Results-oriented, analytical, and able to inspire others
