Stationary Leak Tester

The Oxipack Stationary Leak Tester (SLT) is a sophisticated solution for testing a wide range of flexible Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP). This machine uses two rubber membranes to create a deep vacuum around the packaging without causing any damage. This design enables the detection of both large and micro leaks in a non-destructive manner, making it ideal for ensuring the integrity of various packaging types.

The SLT is not only effective but also efficient, capable of testing multiple packs or sachets simultaneously. Its user-friendly interface includes lights indicating pass (green) or fail (red) results and a display that quantitatively shows the severity of detected leaks. Adhering to the non-destructive detection standard ASTM F2338, the SLT is a robust, accurate, and easy-to-operate machine that integrates seamlessly into quality control processes.
