Stationary Leak Tester XL
The Oxipack Stationary Leak Tester XL is a dynamic and versatile tool for testing a wide array of flexible (MAP) packaging. Utilizing two rubber membranes, it creates a deep yet gentle vacuum around the packaging, enabling the detection of both significant and microscopic leaks without damaging the packaging. This feature is particularly beneficial fo r ensuring product integrity across various packaging types.
The SLT XL's efficiency is remarkable, as it can test multiple packs or sachets concurrently, providing quick, efficient, and objective results. The machine's interface is user-friendly, with immediate visual feedback through green (OK) or red (NOT OK) lights, and a display showing leak magnitude. Adhering to the ASTM F2338 standards, the SLT XL is a robust, precise, and user-friendly machine, ideal for streamlined quality control in packaging.
