Travel Leak Tester

The Oxipack Travel Leak Tester (TRLT) is a compact, mobile version of our proven leak detection system, specially designed for use in the field. Whether you're auditing packaging quality at customer sites, performing supplier inspections, or conducting remote quality checks, the TRLT offers full functionality without the need for compressed air.

Housed in a durable travel case, the TRLT features an integrated electric vacuum pump, enabling reliable, non-destructive leak detection anytime, anywhere. Like the SLT, it uses flexible membranes to create a vacuum chamber around the packaging ensuring accurate testing without damaging the pack or stressing the seals.

Capable of detecting both large and micro leaks, the TRLT operates according to ASTM F2338 and includes a simple interface with visual pass/fail indicators and a quantitative leak measurement display. Easy to set up and transport, the TRLT ensures consistent Oxipack testing performance, even on the road.
