Oxipack is growing, and so is our marketing team. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support all our day-to-day marketing activities.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and help turn strategy into consistent, high-quality execution. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, opportunities to learn and possibilities to build the Oxipack brand.

What will you be doing?

As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of marketing activities, including:

Social & Digital Marketing

  • Manage the company's LinkedIn profile and campaigns.
  • Create clear briefs for new (social) content. Plan content across channels and monitor the performance
  • Keep website content up-to-date and support improvements (content/structure)

Content & Communications

  • Manage and distribute the monthly newsletter
  • Develop new content ideas for offline and online use(e.g. blogs or flyers)
  • Coordinate PR activities end-to-end, including content input, copywriting, approvals, and collaboration with external agencies and designers

Marketing Operations

  • Organise and maintain the central content library. Ensure all materials are consistent and easily accessible
  • Ensure distributors receive up-to-date distributor packs (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.)
  • Support weekly and monthly marketing reporting
  • Help streamline marketing processes, ensure deadlines are met, and document standard operating procedures

Are we looking for you?

You are a hands-on, organized and proactive marketer who enjoys execution and variety. You don’t need to be a specialist yet. Curiosity, structure, and reliability are more important.

  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Confidence in working with multiple stakeholders(internal teams, external agencies, designers, distributors ect.)
  • Good written (and spoken) English skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Interest in B2B marketing and technical products(experience is a plus, not a must)
